  3. Give them any necessary coaching for bringing them up to speed in preparation for them starting the job, so that they are in the best possible shape for starting to deliver the results you want
  4. Be on hand for the first 6 months to see them through the settling in period

How will we do it?

  1. Do a psychometric assessment
  2. An evidence of operation assessment i.e. what motivates internal drivers for delivery, and what will switch them off, so that you know how to manage them
  3. Work in a three- way support system with the Sponsor to accelerate the pace at which they settle in.
