How do we it?
Clients take part in two kinds of psychometric testing. Based on the outcomes, an action plan is then tailored in consultation with both the individual and the sponsor, with agreed timescales and targeted outcomes. Once implemented, the outcomes are monitored, measured and reviewed on an ongoing basis with the client and sponsor.
