Executive Coaching

In this context, executive coaching entails not only considering but measuring an individual's performance and ability levels. It identifies links between them, and highlights the individual's strengths and weaknesses with a view to improving future performance.

An internationally-registered trainer with at least 10 years' experience will enable executives to get better results, faster. Executives will be more able to identify opportunities for change, and to implement them quickly - lending a competitive edge to both the business and themselves.

What is a coach?
A specialist coach is someone who helps an individual to be the best they can be, and then to go beyond that - and to have evidence that they have done so.

Competency-based coaching
Coaching is the most cost-effective investment you could make for your own or your team's personal development. Competency-based coaching uses an in-built monitoring system which lets you adapt your approach in order to stay on track for success, whatever your environment may throw at you.

How are results achieved?
We will identify the individual's needs, and agree how to carry out measurement. Development needs are identified by the client and their line manager before coaching begins.

Recent studies show business coaching and executive coaching to be the most effective means for achieving sustainable growth, change and development in the individual, group and organisation.

Specialist Coaching

Many of our clients are very senior executives who come to us because they haven't been able to achieve the results they're looking for elsewhere. We are able to take them to a new level, and this is why we come so highly recommended.

"I wouldn't have believed it possible: not only have you changed my views and given me new ideas and ways to do things - you have changed things for my team, and for that I can't thank you enough."
Mr B, Pharmaceuticals sales manager

Follow-up with the organisation
Whilst the content of sessions remains totally confidential, clients and their managers will agree on what they can expect to achieve as a result of this investment. In most cases, as part of the proposed action plan, this is accomplished by following up with managers as to how clients have implemented new strategies.

The purpose of this approach is to provide a communication loop between consultant, client and client manager. Consultants will follow up with a client within one week of a session, in order to support their results and to maintain regular contact until the next session.

Progress check before the next session:
To establish whether a client is ready for the next stage of development, consultants will check that there is evidence of progress, and will gather any relevant feedback from the client (and from their manager, where appropriate).
