Many other companies offer diploma and certification programmes in neuro linguistic programming. So what makes Saxton Partners' courses so exceptional?
- We are passionate about working in small groups of no more than 12 people. Some organisations work with larger groups, and while this may provide a motivational environment for some, our experience is that small groups offer enhanced quality and depth of learning.
- In both our diploma and certification courses, we offer practice sessions with members of the public so you can experience using your skills 'for real'.
- Participants on our courses have free access to our reference library, including books, videos and special papers written by Saxton Partners to aid further learning.
- Our certification programme offers free optional sessions on a Saturday night, for practical experience.
- We only accept evidenced performance, which means that our qualifications are well-regarded. Participants must be able to demonstrate how their learning is of benefit to themselves and/or their company; on what evidence this is based; and how and when they put their new skills to practical use.
- Our training workshops take place over a year, involving one weekend a month for eleven months. But after each weekend that, we offer follow-up meetings, as either individuals or groups, to support the practical application of what you have learnt.

We know that our training is superior and will help you to achieve your goals, but we don't expect you to take our word for it. We'd be delighted to put you in touch with people who are already qualified Saxton Partners Practitioners, and they can tell you how the courses have benefited them.
