Richard has over 20 years experience in Manufacturing and has a proven track record in assessing internal performance. Registered as an Internal Auditor with IRCA; Richard acts as an independent assessor of how you are operating your processes and systems in meeting, or working towards ISO9000. His objective assessment means that he can step in as an Interim Manager on systems, and reduce costs by improving quality, and improving standardisation for productivity which can be measured.

He is also a registered International Association Coach, and can design Programs following team diagnostics on operation and delivery. Clients describe him as humorous, challenging, and delivers value for money that you can measure.
