Advanced NLP Diploma in Coaching (Mod 3) 2 Days

The purpose of this module is to give you advanced skills in coaching, and influencing change.

This Module is based around the following:-

1. Provide you with a proven coaching process that delivers results every time you do a ‘one to one’

2. Give you ‘Hands On’ experience of being able to recognise someone’s key motivations

3. Fantastic for recruiting/developing new members of staff

4. Enable you to see how you can help someone let go of inhibiting beliefs that have been blocking the results they want

5. Give you the tools to define what people really want, and how to get results in One to One coaching

6. Use a unique Diagnostic Tool that facilitates understanding of individual motivations and beliefs, so that they will know what will work for them

7. Give you practical experience of using language skills that can influence prospects, and deliver the results you want

Subjects Covered In Module 3
Feedback.
This is how to give feedback to someone without them becoming defensive - and to enrich the conversation so that you can get buy in.

Sub Modalities.
This is how we code our experiences. So happy might be coded a sunny day - unhappy might be coded a rainy day. You will learn how you code things AND this means you can change your mood by changing your coding.

Anchoring.
This is how you can trigger a wonderful state of mind by just holding together your thumb and forefinger. This tool will help you to recall a positive state of mind. OR whatever state of kind you want.

Time Lines.
You will be given an in depth knowledge of how each of us codes time. This is helpful when people code time different to you.

Integration.
The final part of the course is the integration of all that you have learned. This will put you in the right frame of mind for you to gather your evidence towards you qualifying.
