A world class Manufacturer of shower trays wanted to improve communications in the team to increase productivity. They also wanted to consider re-structure based on what that team needed to deliver. Client achieved 26% in sales over 12 months.
How it works - Unique Sales Contract
A Fee for the project will be agreed based on time and numbers of people in the team. You will only pay an initial fee of 70% of the contract fee. The balance is paid at the end of the financial year based on the achievement in meeting the business target.
In addition you can opt to pay a bonus of £1,000 for every 1% achieved over the target agreed up to a limit of 15%.
What will we do?
Using the data on Values and Beliefs in the Team, we will present the findings for each individual explaining what it means for them personally and professionally as Leaders. This is part of the process and creates greater understanding and flexibility. We will show how one value system interacts with another value system and explain how that affects motivation and performance. Individual Coaching will be provided for each along with the necessary influencing and closing skills to secure sales.
What will happen next?
Each will have their own Coaching Package on a 'guaranteed results' basis. By having this greater awareness and knowledge, this will enable those involved to have better working relationships with others around them, and close more sales. To benchmark and chart development, the initial findings will be noted and agreed as a ‘Test’ for whether the interventions have worked in addition to the Sales measure every six months.
As coaching takes place those involved will evolve and reveal a new set of strengths, as has been demonstrated by many others before on this Programme.
